Expert Strategist

Once you’ve successfully completed the Certified Strategist and Master Strategist courses, you may be eligible for the Expert Strategist Training Program.

The Expert Strategist Program is a 2 part program that has multiple components designed to help you not just master the tools and technologies, but to be considered an expert in your field in both NLP and NeuroStrategies.

Over the course of 12 months, you will:

• Receive Access to Expert Foundations – an online course designed to not only review critical competencies that you learned throughout your Strategist and Master Strategist Programs, but dives deep into the details of WHY the technologies work on both a psychological level and physiological level.  Your portion of the course will include review of many interventions / interactions in a small-group format, over the phone, and for you to work with a “non-student” to interpret their “unbiased” understanding of what they’ve observed.  Each of these videos will also have short “questionnaires” (a.k.a. tests) to ensure that you not only “got the right answer”, but that you followed the appropriate framework of interpreting the content.

• Attend Expert Strategist – Phase I –This is a live 2-3 day event where you will meet your fellow Expert Strategists in Training.  You will not be allowed to attend this portion of the event unless you have successfully passed the Expert Foundations section of the program.  You will know that the experts sitting next to you have not only received the same expert-level training, but they understand it at the same level that you do as well.  This live event will take your solid understanding of the Expert Foundations Course and continue to build – not just with SRIu’s latest content development, but help you build additional frameworks to help you understand how the content was developed. You will receive frameworks to assist individuals and organizations with evolutionary growth strategies. This will be an intensive program and class sizes will be strictly limited to under 20 people.

• Participate in Expert Strategist – Application Phase – This will rely heavily both Master Strategist exercises and components of both Expert Foundations and Expert Strategist Phase I.  You will be given a variety of assignments during the Application Phase.  This is not meant to test you, but meant for you to combine the theoretical knowledge with real-world results.  There will be no “cookie cutter” solution for the tasks that you will receive.  You will be paired with other Expert Strategiest to collaborate on the “pros and grows” of each of your approaches. You will receive 3 -5 assignments through this period.  Each one will build upon the success of the previous event.

The outcome of the Application Phase is for you to establish solid references of not just how powerful Applied NeuroStrategies are in many contexts of life, but just how powerful you have become through the process.  Years from now you’ll look back and realize that THIS was one of the most pivotal turning points of your life.

• Attend Expert Strategist – Phase II – This will be the culmination of your Expert Strategist Training Program.  The Expert Strategists will bring their experiences back into the classroom to report on their experiences.  This is far from the “book report” style of our elementary school years, but will be in the expert instructional framework.  You and your fellow Expert Strategists will help “unpack” the various experiences and refine the frameworks that you established during Phase I.  You will gain an acuity that you could not have imagined had you not participated in the Application Phase of the training.

At the end of the Phase II program, upon successful completion of the various exercises, assessments, and peer review, you will graduate at a Certified Expert NeuroStrategist.  This will not only allow SRIu and fellow colleagues to refer clients to you, but put you in the “pole position” for all instructional assisting opportunities, and leadership opportunity at SRIu Regional Training Centers.

The Phase II course is also planned to take place immediately before SRIu’s Trainer’s Training Program.  After graduating and having the entire Experts Training Program experience flowing through your body, you will learn the detailed presentation and training skills to use in your own workplace, independent practice, or even as an Instructional Assist for SRI.  See the Trainer’s Training Program for more information.

As an Expert Strategist, your identity will also transform.  You will no longer be an SRI student, but a true colleague.  The quality of your interactions with fellow Expert Strategists, SRI Trainers, and our founder, Steve Linder, will take place on a much high level of communication and understanding. You will then also be eligible to be included in new content Master Mind sessions with Steve and his peers around the world.
